  1. What are the Basic House Rules (so that we have more fun!)?

    FOOD AND DRINKS: No food allowed in the live or control room, but you can have food in the living room/lounge, and chill with friends. Anddddd, no smoking, drugs, or alcohol in the whole studio. This applies to all musicians, engineers, and others present that are attending the session.

  2. Can I bring my own recording equipment and rent your space for recording since it has good acoustics?

    Of course! If you're looking for a recording studio in Singapore to do your own projects, it’ll be charged as a Whole Studio Space rate. We do have “Producers’s Discounts” for emerging producers and artists as well. The same applies if you’re bringing your own production crew to use our entire space for whatever your project purpose is e.g. TikTok video, video series, audio series etc. Please speak to us first to confirm whether you fall in this category prior to confirming your booking.

  3. What are the software and equipment that you use for recording, mixing & mastering?

    We have plenty of them, do check out our Partners page!

  4. What is the minimum booking hours for each category?

    For recording with our engineers, or recording on your own using our space (Producers Rate), we require a minimum booking of 1 hour and above. If you need the entire studio space for rehearsals or other purposes like using our space as a rehearsal studio, or videography studio, or even as a livestream studio, the minimum booking duration will then be 2 hours. We do provide package booking rates if you’re booking for more than 8 hours, please contact us for more details. Should there be a clash in bookings, priority will be given to firstly, recording/mixing sessions, followed by the clients who who paid first (booking does not count).

  5. What equipment are available for livestreaming & rehearsals? Anything I should take special note of?

    The studio will provide Guitar Amps, Bass Amps, Keyboard Amps, Keyboard, and a full drum kit. Musicians will have to bring their own Guitars and Bass Guitars before coming in for a session. All studio equipment is to be handled by Anadigi's staff and Engineers. Basic furniture is provided in the live, control, and living rooms for your comfort. We will ask for your tech rider before your session. The minimum booking duration for rehearsals is 2 hours, and above. We do not accept 1-hour bookings.

    Please take note, customers are encouraged to check the equipment before starting their session. We encourage you to also be honest and do inform us should there be accidental damages during or after the session. Customers will be liable to compensate 100% of the equipment replacement costs when we find out the damages, regardless major or minor.

  6. What are your preferred payment methods?

    FavePay, PayNow, or Bank Transfer.

  7. What are your Payment & Cancellation Terms?

    For bookings of space: Payment will have to be done prior to booking of the slot. Cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the event start are refundable at 50%, otherwise, no refunds will be given. No-shows will also not be refunded.

    For Projects: Anadigi Sound Lab requires a 50% deposit of the total amount upon confirmation of the project, with the remaining balance to be paid upon project completion. The deposit is non-refundable. Failure to produce the full payment will result in the studio withholding all copies of recordings, masters, or session files until balances have been cleared.

  8. Would you be providing Backups for recording, mixing, and mastering projects?

    Anadigi Sound Lab will archive all project files when the session is complete and can be reloaded if the need arises. However, we cannot guarantee the future integrity of any archived project files.

  9. What are your terms of service, copyright laws, and privacy policies?

  10. What are your marketing and promotion policies? Any platforms for us to also be featured in your socials?

    Yes, we do have platforms such as Instagram and Facebook. Anadigi Sound Lab reserves the right to use snippets of projects produced for marketing and promotion of the studio, unless a mechanical fee has been paid to us to entirely resolve our rights from the projects. No full projects will be replicated for marketing, promotion, or distribution.
